Why Mobility & Why Mandy K

I have tried lots of diets, exercise regimes, attending mindfulness seminars and yoga seems to have been my solid foundation throughout.  I said what works for one may not work for another.  I now use mobility flow with an asana yoga influence. I incorporate dynamic movement which has a cardio influence and it is awesome. What will work for everyone is working your body through its correct range of motion.  What happens next is up to you and just how far you want to go and this depends on your purpose / goal. 

What You Get

MandyK Mobility uses yoga as a style to provide a holistic approach to your mind, body and soul / spirit / subconscious whatever you want to call it.  Here we provide easy classes that work effectively and you can do them anytime – at work, in the morning, evening in a park, it is a wondrous thing.  Most of the classes require no equipment.  I have incorporated a few weight classes for the appeal of some.
